Engineer of the Central School, born and died in Nice (1780-1855), he designed the plans for the Pont Neuf and the bridge on the river Magnan. Municipal and provincial councilor under the Sardinian administration, he oversaw the development of the park of the Castle, the containment of the river Var and the Napoleonic cadastre during the French period (1793-1814).
