Architects : Georges and Michel Dikansky. At this place in 1854 were situated the three villas Lions, where died Grand Duchess Stéphanie de Bade and Ludwig Ist of Bavaria. Around 1890 one part of the estate was tranformed into the "Trois Épis" guest house and the other into the Hotel Saint Petersbourg.
